Authorization for the Cobalt Finance Read-Only Gateway can be revoked at any time from your QuickBooks Online Apps screen: qbo.intuit.com/app/appstore/appmanagement .
Once revoked, Cobalt's local sync worker will stop receiving new data. Existing data already in Cobalt's local finance database is retained for internal reconciliation and can be deleted on request.
