Cobalt Finance Read-Only Gateway — internal Cobalt Digital Marketing integration.
This end user license agreement (the "Agreement") governs access to and use of the Cobalt Finance Read-Only Gateway (the "Integration") provided by Cobalt Digital Marketing ("Cobalt"). The Integration is a private internal tool. It is not offered to the general public.
Access to the Integration is limited to (a) authorized officers, employees, and contractors of Cobalt, and (b) any Cobalt-owned QuickBooks Online company files whose owners have expressly authorized the connection via Intuit's OAuth flow.
The Integration retrieves accounting data from the connected QuickBooks Online company for internal reporting and reconciliation. The Integration does not create, update, or delete records in QuickBooks Online. The Integration does not transmit data to any third party.
The Integration is provided on an "as-is" basis for internal Cobalt use. Cobalt makes no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cobalt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of the Integration.
Authorization may be revoked at any time via the QuickBooks Online "Apps" screen or via the Disconnect page provided by the Integration.
